GST refund help - facing Error no RF-FCAS1007

Dear All,

Is anybody else facing issue in validating json file uploaded for GST refund on "export of services with payment of tax".

Error no RF-FCAS1007

Its been more than 6 months my ticket is open and GST helpdesk has not yet been able to resolve this issue. Can anyone please help.

Thanks for offering help Siddharth but I don't think its due to PC issue. I have already tried on different PCs & browsers. Also talked to Infosys GST technical team, but in vain. 

Just asking if anybody faced similar issue and how did they resolve it. Or any guidance on how to escalate this issue would be highly appreciated.
