Payment Status not updated on Bharat Kosh Portal

Hi everyone! Need your advice on this-
Payment of MCA V3 form made through NEFT mode (via BharatKosh Portal) on 05-02-24. UTR number already entered on BharatKosh Portal with respect to this payment. But status of the challan on BharatKosh is still showing as ‘Transaction yet to be verified’. It’s already been 3days aprx since payment has been made, what can be the probable solution for this?
Not getting any response through BharatKosh portal via helpline number/ mail.

Please   write   the   mca   help   desk    --       ntrp-h...@gov.in      
                     mentioning    all    Details  alongwith    SRN,  Form  details ,  Company 's  Details ,   Payment of  Mode , 
                                                            proof of  payment  ,  etc.

   It will get    resolve  ,    my Query  also have been resolved in 2   Days.
