MGT-14 subscriber sheet

1. What is the subscriber sheet to be attached to the MGT14 -V3 form fro change in objects of the memorandum?is it the same last page pdf of the MoA filed at the time of incorporation?

2. Or should we prepare a new sheet in that format

3. if it's a new sheet should we put a physical sign or DSC sign in the pdf

4. If its a copy of the same last page pdf of the MoA filed at the time of incorporation, what about

a.date of the sign shown is the date at the time of filing incorporation documents?

b. that director or shareholders or (auditor as a witness to signature)are not associated with the company as of now?

Doesn't matter. You can attach the last page of original MOA prepared at the time of incorporation.
