Can we apply for fssai license as transporter if our turnover exceeds 30 cr but we don't own vehicle but take on hire/rent

Yes.

There is no condition for own vehicle or hired.. Only thing you need to provide is List of vehicles with declaration.

You can get the declaration form on the website only near attachments. download and print it on letter head.

after providing the list use the below matter as declaration.

I, Mr. _________________ S/o Mr. ______________, R/o _______________________do here by solemnly affirms and declares that the above information and particulars furnished above by me are true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I further declare that the business conducted by us conforms to the Food Safety and Standards Act, Regulation/ Bye-laws enacted thereunder, and specifically to the Guidelines on Hygiene and Sanitary Practices provided under Schedule 4 of the Registration and Licensing Regulation published by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India or any person authorized on its behalf from time to time.
