But ROC not allowed any form to be filed if INC - 20A not filed?

Company incorporated in Apr. 2021, but didn't do any compliance after this. Now we want to strike off the company.

No.You can't go for strike off without filing INC-20A. Non-filing of INC-20A will show you as an error when you will file STK-2.

Yes if there's no business in last year.

We have to do annual filing till the year in which company has business. From the year company stopped business, there is no need to do annual filing from that year for strike off.

You may check for two basic conditions to apply for strike off. The one is annual filing till the year accounts has been closed and second is no business activity.

If a company worked for just 5 months after incorporation, then they have to wait for 2 more years to go for strike off or can they go for strike off immediately as they didn't wanna continue the Company

Can be closed after 6 months if no subscription is received. After 1 year if no activity started since incorporation.
