The Director of the Company has not completed his KYC on the MCA Portal for the past two years, and consequently, his DIN has become inactive.
While attempting to file DIR-3 KYC (Web) for reactivation of the DIN and updating the email ID, the system requires the Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of the DIN holder to be attached. However, the DSC of the director is not registered on the portal.
Further, while trying to register the director as a Business User, an OTP is being sent to the registered email ID, to which the director no longer has access.
In view of the above, kindly advise on the appropriate procedure to:
