i would say worst site for MCA.gov.in......nothing happening....payments are getting stuck....slow in uploading the forms....and ministry giving only 15 days....and taking heavy penalties....even for small LLPs.....and OPC/small Cos if not complied....with......what  a ease of doing the business.....

Your internet service provider or your antivirus has stopped accessing to mca.gov.in.

MCA site is not secure therefore it happens, you need to put Mca.gov.in into trustwd site of Internetet explorer setrings along with in java and in cookies.

Thenafter you will be able to access the site.
