Spice+ resubmission

Dear members,

I have a query regarding resubmission of spice form, i have filed spice+ in V2 on 20/01/23 and after that it got migrated to V3 and from that day the status of my spice form is "Resubmission required", today after almost one month the edit button of spice part-B started working but still there are some technical error.

Now, can i download the part-B from "download pdf button" and resubmit it as it is, will it work as i am not able to edit the form and there was no remark for resubmission, it was blank.

Kindly guide on this.

I am also facing same issue and unable to submit EMOA and EAOA for resubmission for incorporation.

  I also faced the same issue, so, if during filing spice + forms you have also filed all ther forms as mentioned in screenshot(52) then only you will able to resubmit else it will show " technical error occurred". Otherwise file new spice + form.
