Can we access Ebiz Portal - If not then how can we track the status of uploaded FC-GPR or ARF

Dear Members,

Could you please help me out :

1. Can we access Ebiz Portal , if not then how can we track the status of already uploaded ARF's/FCGPR.

2. How can we get acknowledgement letter -for already uploaded ARF's/FCGPR.

3. RBI help desk- people saying that - Ebiz portal has been discontinued & can not be accessed.  We are not allowed to file fresh forms on Ebiz, thats ok - no issues with regard to that.  But my question is that how can we view the history of FCGPR /ARF which we had already uploaded on Ebiz portal.

4. Investors/Clients are asking for FC-GPR copies  & Acknowledgements - Since it was Online Form, we have not downloaded - we thought -Only fresh filings can not be done on Ebiz Portal - But we did not know that - access to ebiz portal itself will be discontinued.

5. We have filed FCGPR/ARF for 50+ clients on Ebiz portal- But facing all above mentioned difficulties for each client.

Kindly let us know if any alternatives available to come out of this issue. also let me know if anybody has raised this kind of issue and steps taken for.

Hi,

You can access ebiz portal and view, download and see the status of already approved form.

But you can't access pending forms. That you have to file in FIRMS portal.

Facing the same issue. Ebiz portal isn't opening and can't seem to download any old forms or acknowledgements. 

Any solutions ?

contact the relevant AD 

They still have access / they will retrieve and send you the relevant docs

Ebiz portal is accessible and you can view your documents from there. However, new filings cannot be done there.
