 The statement of accounts showing the assets and liabilities of the Company attached to the form in excel is made up to a day, not more than thirty days before the date of application.

with regards to the attachment of STK 2, the statement of accounts (STK 8) should be attached in Excel format.

 anyone done it before? and also have to attach signed accounts of statements for the same

in V3, we are required to attach STK-8 in excel format plus DSC of Auditor is also mandatory, and it is advisable to attach STK-8 in pdf format(signed copy) as well.
