Unable to File DPT 3

I have been trying to file DPT 3 (exempted deposit) but unable tp do so. The message that I get is PDF generation in process but no pdf gets generated even after 5 days of waiting. Has anyone successfully filed DPT 3 recently?

Hi,

Edit form in Microsoft Edge then again submit it and then try to download it. It worked in my case

is dsc of Statutory auditor removed from DPT 3 as the same was introduced in V3.
