Form PAS-3 List of Allottee in Excel validation

Dear Members,

How to file PAS-3 as attchment for List of Allottee is allowing only in excel file?

As per RULE of Return of Allotment 

There shall be attached to the Form PAS-3 a list of allottees stating their names, address, occupation, if any, and number of securities allotted to each of the allottees and the list shall be certified by the signatory of the Form PAS-3 as being complete and correct as per the records of the company.

How to deal in excel can any one please suggest?

I am getting the same message too..

It's a waste of time raising complaints.. I think we should swap to some other thing and come back again tomorrow to fill up the form instead of wasting time on this.. Looks like a technical glitch once again..
