MGT-14|| OPC

Dear all,

 

What date should be entered as the Date of Dispatch of Notice in Form MGT-14? This is a mandatory field, however, in the case of an OPC, no notice is required to be dispatched since resolutions are passed by the sole member/director. What date should be entered in this field in such cases?

Hi sir, 

As per Section 122 and Section 173 of the Companies Act, 2013. Notice period does not apply (BM and GM) on OPC, so accordingly you can mention same date of meeting also.
