Gentle reminder to fill google form about the details of qualifying exams

Dear Students, we thank you very much for responding to the mail about qualified exams. By the time we sent the mail and google form to collect data about exams qualified, it was said to collect only the list of students qualified in various exams and few other details as specified in the google form. (Ofcourse we have added a file upload option to upload proofs too but it was optional in the google form we sent to you earlier).But, now the proofs are also being asked. So, it is mandatory for the institution now to submit the proofs too. In this regard, we are writing this mail requesting you to kindly send the proofs also by today evening (The students who have already filled google form but did not submit the proofs can send the proofs as a mail to this mail id and the rest of the students can fill the google form a fresh and also upload the proofs in the google form itself). The proofs recommended are the score cards/rank cards or any others that shows you have got qualified in that exam. If such proofs are not there/hard to find we request you to send the admit cards/hall tickets of that exam atleast. we request once again to spare a few minutes of your busy and valuable time to complete this. We regret the inconvenience we are causing once again. We request you to kindly help us in this regard.
