Dear All,

A Company has created a charge during the 1998 and the same has been closed in the year 2000. All the documents and payment challan that were submitted during 2000 physically are available.

But the Satisfaction of charge is not reflected in MCA portal and the "Index of charge" still shows it to be open.

Can this issue be filed through E-form GNL-1 ?

Has anyone gone through such an issue ? please provide your suggestions.

I think you should only resort to Master Data Correction request to ROC chennai

Hi,

Meet the ROC in person with a request letter along with the documents filed for satisfaction of charge in 2000.

They will remove the same from backend once found to be in order.
