Hi all, 

I have a doubt. With regard to MGT 4- beneficial interest, is there any documents to be attached as share transfer form or so?

MGT 4 enclosure:

1.proof of identity of the registered owner and beneficial owner. 

2. Instrument/document under which beneficial interest is created/transferred/changed.
