Payment of Stamp duty for allotment of shares in Tamilnadu

Dear ALL,

Can we pay stamp duty on allotment of shares in Tamil Nadu by way of following method :

1. By way of issue of a certificate of stamp payment

or 

2.By way of Franking the document  with 

Stock Holding Corporation of India.

Please revert.

Dear Sir,

There was no any STAMP DUTY for Allotment of Shares in Tamilnadu. Only in the Share Certificate Re.1 Revenue Stamp to be affixed over which the Common Seal of the Company is affixed.
