Zoom 19.30, 18 April to discuss CPB moving to Charity status

Hello everyone.

 

I am sending this email and calling notice on behalf of David Charlesworth, Chair of the band.

 

You are all invited to a Zoom meeting, evening of Monday 18^th April

 

We have our AGM coming up on 20 April. An important item on the agenda is our move to Charitable status. It is a relatively big topic. There will not be enough tie to cover to the appropriate level of detail at the AGM. We need to make some decisions at the AGM so we are calling an extra Zoom for Monday 18^th at 19.30. The Zoom details are below.

 

We realise this is Easter Monday, but there are no other alternative time available unfortunately. I hope as many people as possible from the band membership (Main and Progress) can make this Zoom.

 

I will be sending out a small amount of pre-reading material a day or so beforehand, to set the scene.
