Hello fellow Bokashi Composters, 

We had a great first meeting, led by the knowledgeable Nicholas! He answered our many questions and gave us a demonstration on how to build our own bokashi bin. Yosi brought fermented rice wash - another great way to add beneficial bacteria to our soil.
