These are really nice images of the Sunflower Galaxy. It’s a lovely colourful target but it is small, so therefore more difficult to image. You’ve therefore done really well to capture so much of the detail and colour. The additional imaging time also shows how image quality improves with more photons! I imaged this galaxy back in 2019 using LRGB and Ha filters and the Ha channel makes quite a difference bringing up bright red star-forming regions in the galaxy’s arms. I guess that’s one area where monochrome CCD cameras have the edge over colour cameras!
