not responding

Hi anyone have issues.. i am on my third computer trying to set up race.. i can get to uploading excwl.. then it goes to "None" (the page that says i have no issues) then it is in the results page with blank.. and states not responding.

after none it usually goes to category and shows all the cats that it automatically put together (just to clarify where i am)

Start with an update; install the latest version, since it may already have a fix for the problem.

If that doesn't fix it, focus on the Excel file.  Export the Excel file into a comma delimited text file, then reload it and save it as an Excel. This will strip out any unusual characters or symbols that can cause problems.
