Dear All

As per your wishes, we are going to have our own team for cricket and are not combining it with HSS. In fact we have match on Friday evening or saturday morning as per convenience of team members with HSS department.

We are 8 players till date and need 3 to 4 players more. So I request everyone to please come forward and contribute.

I do not know who suggest you to make a different team. I am really doubtful if we will have a team of 11 players. Only 3 or 4 players from CRNTS are coming for practice. Please short out the names first and then come to such conclusion.

Thanks for suggestions... I will communicate one place and time by night today. Count player and make a list and then we proceed further.
It was suggestions from some players that we should make our own team. I have to consider everyone. Managing is difficult. Plz co operate and address everyone issues. Complaining is fine but quiting is not allowed.

Hi,

 There are lot of guys who does not know when practice or cricket is going on. They are not getting sync with the timing. In weekends it is feasible for them to come. But we need bat and ball for our practice which we dont have at present. It is absolutely correct decision to hold a series of matches with HSS in order to get a strenuous team. We will be more efficient if we we have more practice matches. Because match temperament is completely different from practice point of view. In practice u will get lots of opportunities but in matches there will be no second opportunity.  

  On the other hand if there is a single team combining CRNTS & HSS then lots of people will be left out. PG sports is all about increasing participation not leaving anyone out. Now choice is up to us what shall we do. There are several people whom we have not contacted. Arun Kumar, Vishal Anvekar, Sourav Agrawal, Sourav Upadhyay, Dilip, Dushyant yet to come.

Dear All
I think everyone is included in this mailing group. And I am continuously posting for students to come forward for participation. Further all the participants decide common time for practice, and be there. Prepare a list and post here. If you are not doing this by today evening, then I am going to give you the time. Then don't tell me that you are not comfortable with the timing. Further if more than 8 members are present, then only we can have individual team. Otherwise you have to combine with HSS.
Please let me know common time acceptable to everybody, probably Sunday morning. I don't want any comments off the track.
