Dear all,

I'm quite new to CP2K and compiling programs in Ubuntu and I'm able to find a solution for this error

ERROR: (./scripts/install_superlu.sh, line 62) Non-zero exit code detected.

I've looked for the .log file which is attached

Am I missing any dependencies? Or is it another problem?

Thank you

Hi Carlos,

sorry for the late reply.
Can you please also mention the command you were using to call the
toolchain? AFAIK superlu is not built by default and the output you
added suggests that the math libraries seem to be missing for some
reason (or at least, the linker instructions for them).

Best regards,
Tiziano

Hi Tiziano

I've used the --install-all function. I'm not sure if it is the correct one.
