Using toolchain when installing ELPA, there is an error

Hello, everyone!

My ubuntu environment is intel mpi, and intel mkl.

I used toolchain to compile my cp2k.

I met an error:

ELPA was very difficult for me as well. I never managed to get it installed.

Hi,

Yes, this keeps happening through a few releases at least.

If you don't explicitly need ELPA, just disable it.
