Ciclop scanner not see it in device manager

Hi there,

I have plugged the ciclop scanner into a windows 10 machine, and a windows 8.1 machine.   and in the device manager it is not showing up,  only a ? unknown device.

There is a red light on, from the under neath mother board.

What can I do next?

It does not look like you purchased a CowTech Scanner, but the CT scan guide available on our website will give you a great deal of help with regard to Horus and troubleshooting. It can be found and www.cowtechengineering.com/downloads
