the connection from the arduino is unstable

The connection from the camera is perfect.
But whenever I put in the usb cable from the board it seems to connect and the dissapear after a few seconds when I look in the device manager of my pc.
I have windows 10.
 uninstalled and installed software ch340 driver. Updated the software for the ch340 Arduino from a different site.
Tried different ports for the usb connection.
Don't know what is wrong or what to do?

Do you have another cable you can try? It sounds like it may not be making a good connection.

Have you tried an older version of Horus?  Mine seems to work better with Horus 0.1.2.4.
