Gene,

Thank you kind sir!  I was so close to going to bed without spitting out a word...  I figured you'd like that one since it is usually the 1st thing I ask every other time we talk. "¿Hay heridas graves?"  jajaja. Tell me a topic whose words in Spanish would be interesting to you, and I'll dig from that word bag.

I've been brightening up a lot of Tico faces when I tell them that a pharma company has already been setting the price for COVID-19 vacunas at $20 USD.  That's less than ¢12 mil a dose, Tico.  Not out of line with other injections folks might visit their farmacia for (e.g. a pain shot), or ¢2 mil a píldora for half-a-dozen.

Neighborhood news, which I'm sure is not news to one so conectado a la vid, we've got 2 more babies on the way.  Like Dueling Banjos, we now have dueling panzas (¿duelo de los vientres?) in the family.  Seems something about this cuarentena isn't working right...  ;-)  You know I'll be busy over the next year building nidos para gallinas clueca...

Hope things are going well on your side of the volcano.  Todas las mañanas, mientras bebo café, busco zopilotes sobre tu plantación.
