We have a 7-hectare homestead that we're considering "lending" long term to a couple or family if there's anyone in this group who knows someone looking for that? It has several springs, a dam, a large capacity ram pump, 7 pastures, large greenhouse about 1 hectare of vegetable growing land, 70 varieties of fruit trees and had goats, sheep, chickens, quail, turkeys, pigs, cows, rabbits, horses, etc. (currently moving those out) it has all the structures and fences in place and mains power and water, also a 3-bed concrete house, a dome and a cabin, large bodega, small food pantry and a container. Up until now, it's been able to produce about 6x the amount of food a family would need each year. We have been using the dome and cabin to house workaways to help with the chores on the farm, which the family taking over could also do.

We're focusing most of our time on another farm so we are looking for someone, preferably a couple or family to take care of this one as their own. If you know anyone, please email me.

Thanks!

Ken
