Did you change the first line of your CPC file to match the image name on CoralNet?
If you open your CPC file in a text editor (like Notepad or TextEdit), you should see two file paths on the first line of the CPC file. The second file path should be of an image, like "C:\My Photos\0001.JPG". CoralNet tries to match this image file path with an image name in your source. The .cpc file name (like 0001.cpc) doesn't matter here.
Also, CoralNet should recognize folder paths to get the best image match. For example, if your source has image names "0001.JPG" and "My Photos/0001.JPG" (forward slash / or back slash \ is okay), and the first line of the .cpc file contains "C:\My Photos\0001.JPG", then CoralNet should match that with the image "My Photos/0001.JPG".
However, not a lot of people have tested this feature, so there could be a bug.
