Downloads are SUPER slow

Has this always been the case or is something wrong?

Hey Ura -

It does seem like the downloads start really fast (>1MB/sec) and then after about 200MB or so, it drops to <100KB/sec.  I know Peter and others were working with the OSU team on this, but seems like it's not totally fixed yet.
