Hello everyone!

I have some issues with coolprop and matlab for  LiBrwater properties.

### Description

Change reference state of H in Matlab for LiBr/water mixture

### Steps to Reproduce
 CoolProp.set_reference_stateS('INCOMP::LiBr','IIR')

**Expected behavior:** have a different reference state. h values should change.

**Actual behavior:**Nothing. It does not change anything and it does not give any error
### Versions

**CoolProp Version:**6.3
**Operating System and Version:** Windows
**Access Method:** Matlab wrapper

I am using Matlab R2018b.

The incompressible fluids don't have a reference state.  And not only that, a significant limitation of the incompressible fluid implementation for aqueous mixtures is that the enthalpy of mixing is not included.

Thank you Ian. I am trying to model a LiBr water absorption chiller in Matlab. I am comparing the properties to the ones available in EES.
I would like to know also what are the references (journal paper) on which these properties are based on. I can't find them on the website or other documents.
Thank you very much for the availability.
Martina
