Wishing you all a very happy and a prosperous New Year.

 

I would like to inform you that as per our discussion with the senior Management, we shall be going ahead with the construction and finishing  of the 15 floors. It has been decided that the funds will be deposited in the Escrow account of Yes Bank and the utilisation of those funds will be monitored by Shri K.M.Goenkaji and the officials of Yes Bank.

 

Please find attached herewith file containing the lists of work to be carried out and the amount required to complete the same.

 

We shall shortly furnish to you the month wise payment schedule from your side to enable us to do the needful.

Kindly inform your bankers else kindly arrange for the requisite funds .

 

Flats sold above 15 floors will be given an appropriate fair solution within this month.

All,

Before they send us the payment schedule, we also need to know how much will be the overall cost of each flat since there is a change in their construction plan. Per flat cost should also reduce now that they are not planning to build all 30 floors. As we all might have paid money till the last demand letter, we should pay the remaining amount based on the adjusted cost than previously mentioned flat cost. 

Are they also going to provide all amenities as they had mentioned during booking?

Many of us have done registration/stamp duty and other payments based on earlier cost. How will they compensate or adjust the excess paid amount?

I understand that talks are still on and future plans are being chalked out, but we need to have answers to above if they do not alter their current build plan.
