Adding Bosnia and Herzegovina to the testimonials page

Hi CMS team!

Just recently I stumbled across the testimonials page for CMS (https://cms-dev.github.io/testimonials/) and I'd like to confirm that Bosnia and Herzegovina has been using CMS for its national competitions since 2013., after seeing it in action at IOI 2012 (Italy). The first instance we're aware of is the national competition (which also determined the team for IOI) on April 27th 2013 (https://news.ius.edu.ba/bs/vijesti/17-drzavno-bh-takmicenje-iz-informatike-za-ucenike-srednjih-skola-na-ius-u)

I've confirmed CMS was used here with people that were involved with Bosnian national competitions at this time.

In line with the information at the bottom of the testimonials page, we'd like for Bosnia and Herzegovina to be added to the list of countries using it.
