Spine label printing instructions

I updated the instructions for printing spine labels at https://biblio.laurentian.ca/tickets/conifer/wiki/StaffClientprinting

The instructions assume you are using a Dymo LabelWriter printer with 1" x 1.5" labels (label size 30347) but have been adapted to work with 1" x 1" labels (size 30332) as well.
