How Does Rest proxy work?

Hi,

I'm new to Rest proxy in kafka. we are goning to send some records from Mobile to kafka so we need proxy.But I don't know how to configure rest proxy to talk to kafka brokers?where should I configure it?

Have you checked out the Quickstart documentation at http://docs.confluent.io/3.0.0/kafka-rest/docs/intro.html#quickstart ? Confluent Platform includes a sample config file for the REST Proxy; that, along with the docs, should help, but let us know if you have specific problems.
