Good day,

I’m currently running Concerto version 2.3.6 and would like to use the concerto player in our environment.

I’ve got the concerto player VM Image running as a test

The current issue I’m having is that videos does not seem play in it.  It merely gives me black screen for the duration of the video.

The video is locally hosted at this stage.

Please can you advise what I’m missing?

Kind regards

Andrew

I"ve downloaded a fresh copy of the player and wrote it to a flash drive.

How are you playing the video?  I don’t know about concerto player, but I create an html page and make the video full screen in there and then use iframe to call the webpage and the video wolf play.
