This Saturday, the AADL are hosting us in their first-floor lobby for a public workshop. This is designed to help fellow riders who'd like to learn / gain some confidence in the basics such as bike fit, fixing-a-flat, theft-prevention, and regular, pre-ride checks.

All are welcome, and no RSVP nor registration are needed. Please share with anyone who may be into or otherwise benefit from this sort of thing -

----

III. [VARIOUS] Upcoming Events / Opportunities
Various dates, times, and locations in this physical plane

Our pop-up calendar is starting to take shape; as we approach some of the peak-weeks in May & June, we may maintain a listing of medium-term opportunities / dates to save if you'd like to participate / sign up once vol. signups are released:

Hi folks,

We have shift leads for both the first and second shifts on Sunday, but only one volunteer in each time slot (thank you!).

With nice weather this weekend, that won't be enough folks to manage.  If you are available, please sign up by noon Saturday. We'll make a call about whether or not to open sometime Saturday afternoon.

Katie

I signed up for the 1-3 shift about 30 minutes ago.  I just checked the spreadsheet and I see my name.
