Referrals? Data scientist with housing background

Hello COEN,

I am looking for referrals to independent consultants or small firms who have expertise in data science or statistical analysis, and familiarity with housing vouchers or housing policy generally. Critical skills for this project are (1) advanced proficiency in Python and (2) demonstrable experience with Monte Carlo simulations. 

I have an exciting project with a very quick turnaround in the pipeline, and any referrals will be welcome!
