Urgent information needed for a heart specialist in Pune.

One of the student's father had a mild heart attack yesterday and is currently admitted in Sahyadri Hospital Pune. The student is in Toronto and is from a middle-class background.

Can anyone please recommend a reliable and reasonable heart specialist in Pune. This is the request from a friend in my circle and asked me because I am from Pune.

I have shared  Dr Rahul Patil's contact info with my friend Kirit (in Toronto)  who knows the student and asked Kirit for patient details so that I can share with you. There are too many layers of communication as of now ( I just got involved an hour ago ).

Is it okay if I share your contact information with Kirit to bypass myself and speed things up? Not trying to get out of this, just want to expedite communication and connect the patient/family with the right resources expeditiously.

It is 11.30 pm here in Toronto so most people will be (are) already asleep so will provide updates as soon as I can.

I am sharing additional info that I have, that might help, now or later on.

I have been away from Pune since 11 years, but, Dr Narendra Javadekar, MD (Medicine), who is NOT a Cardiologist, but is practising in the Deccan / Karve Road area (he was & still must be a consultant at Mangeshkar, & had his own consulting room opposite Garware college) could be useful.

His contact number is 9822091218.

It could be an idea for the patient's carers to call Dr Javadekar and ask him if he'd like to see patient himself or refer to cardiologist.
