Bluetooth Broadcast / Beacon Support

does the new Bluetooth support (integration of the cordova plugin) also allow to act as a broadcaster (beacon)?

Broadcasting is supported. Unfortunetly there are problems with iOS.

It is possible that, on iOS, there are some additional permissions required for running as a beacon.  E.g. you may need to enable location services (which requires that you add the ios.locationUsageDescription build hint, and add "location" to ios.background_modes.

This is speculation.  I need more information about the problems you're having to comment further.

Did not try myself yet. Rand Dusing (the plugin developer) wrote something about the class CoreLocation.
