Change color of scroll element form

Hi  i like to change the color of de scroll element of the form. How do i do that?

It's called a "ScrollThumb" just style its background color to anything you want.

Do you use the designer tool or CSS?

If the former just open the resource file theme. Click add and type in ScrollThumb. Then set the background transparency to 255 and color to whatever you want.

For CSS:

ScrollThumb {

    background: #ff0000; /* red */
