ios Cert wizard stuck

Im trying the ios cert wizard but I am stuck on a screen that says "select a team" but there is nothing to select and I cannot move forward.

Is it possible your iOS developer subscription at Apple expired?

Can you login to https://developer.apple.com/account/ios/profile/ and see the provisioning?
