events are disabled

Hello, guys, I'm starting to use codenameone, but I'm facing a very basic problem, I believe there is something wrong, I use netbeans, and I downloaded the plugin, I created a helo world project, to see how the project works, but the events are disabled, I already searched the internet for something to help solve this problem, I couldn't, it always shows the button "why my events are diabled". I use netbeans 12, java 8, Linux. some idea, another detail I didn’t change anything in the project, click and it just didn’t work. Can anyone help me understand what's going on? Thanks in advance.

you're using the old/deprecated designer and long deprecated GUI builder.
