If you are experiencing an issue please mention the full platform your issue applies to:
IDE: Eclipse
Desktop OS: OSX 10.11.4
Simulator

I was building my project the entire day and was not having any issues.  I saw CN1 properties got changed, likely new CN1 libs and or SRCs got downloaded thorughout the day.  But something happened around the end of the day the last time I sent the build out for Android build the build process deleted all default skins keeping only the iPhone3gs skin.  Luckily, I have another simple project that was running in simulator without any issue and was showing all skins on the simulator menu.  Here's what is interesting, as soon as I sent that project for Android build, it did the same thin the last build did to my main project,  all skins are gone and the project loads in simulator with iPhone3gs skin.

We announced that we are moving all the skins to the "More" menu: https://www.codenameone.com/blog/unskin-proxy-support.html
We also reminded about that announcement yesterday: https://www.codenameone.com/blog/questions-of-the-week-ix.html

This reduced our plugin size by more than 25MB not to mention removing a lot of the old useless skins.

When you send a build to the server we automatically update older libs, this allows you to be consistent with the latest server code.

To get your old skins just press "More" in the skins menu. Notice that we also launched a skin designer tool: https://www.codenameone.com/blog/skin-designer.html

I tried clicking on "More" found on the simulator under "Skins" to get the following error.  Interestingly,  I do not get the same error when running simulator from another CN1 test project.

Did you select the iphone5_os7 skin by any chance?
It was broken on our servers due to the skin migration process. It should be fixed now. Just re-run the simulator which should revert to the default 3gs skin and re-download that skin in the more menu.

Do you have a direct internet connection?
Did you define the proxy correctly?
