in the build hints. Open Codename One Settings and then build hints.

I am  using netbeans for development, 

I don't find that option in side build hints, reason pl.

Press the add button to add a new entry with the key. Then paste in the value within the table.

Silly Mistake, I have not noticed the "Add Hint " button in the bottom which is small font.

Screen shot attached, would help faster for those required for our codename one developers.

I am eagerly expecting the bluetooth printing option in the codename lib in the new version.
