MapContainer not displaying maps

Hi,

I have created an application and followed the painful process(i still dont understand why) of obtaining the Google key via the steps provide by Google. https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/android-api/signup

but i still can't see maps being displayed...

Has anyone done it and could assist is step wise manner?

Also if am developing for Android,do i still need to put the ios configs on the build properties?

Hi,
connect the device with a cable and DDMS. If there is an error it is logged there with the app package, sha1 key etc.
Verify that those match the settings in the native maps section there. Keep in mind it take 20-30 minutes for the settings to update...
