Did you use the certificate wizard?
Are you using the GoogleMaps cn1lib?

If you didn't use the certificate wizard then there is probably something wrong with your certificate probably related to the apple certificate issue they had a while back.
I suggest regenerating your certificates/provisioning with the certificate wizard.
