iOS Certificate Wizard Error

When I run the iOS Certificate Wizard and enter my login info I get image1 and image 2


When I click OK and login to the Apple web site I get image 3.

Any ideas?

I found an error in the logs that hint at a problem, but I haven't been able to reproduce this with any of the apple IDs I have access to.  I made a change that might fix the issue.  Please give it another shot.
