Is there a way to detect camera access denied?

Today an iOS user contacted me to report that when he went to scan a barcode in my app, he got a black screen with the word Cancel in blue. He was confused.

So was I for a while, until I figured out that somehow he had denied my app access to the camera. Is there any way to detect this situation and display a better error message?

I think the barcode scan code should detect it and raise again the prompt or callback with an error response. Can you file an issue on that and we'll try to add that.
