Can cancel/retry dialog functionality be turned off from the RequestBuilder?

The RequestBuilder produces a cancel/retry dialog in case the getAsJsonMap() call encounters an error response. Can this be turned off?

You can grab all network errors by consuming the error event from the network manager.
